365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor-driven regional driving program in Columbia, SC. You begin with one-on-one mentor instruction before moving into your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Compensation includes training pay of $850 per week, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week after completing the mentor program. Home time is weekly or biweekly with 365 Freight USA providing full benefits and support.

Qualifications

• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school and completion of at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Participate in a paid mentor instruction program before operating own assigned truck.
• Progress to full-time regional driving with a assigned truck and mentor support.
• Weekly or biweekly home time available and dispatcher support.
