Job summary

Advantage Truck Group is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician for Class A commercial vehicles. You will perform collision repairs, refinishing prep, and structural corrections on Class A trucks with strict adherence to estimates and guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision repair experience, a valid license (CDL preferred), and the ability to operate heavy shop equipment. ATG offers strong benefits and career growth in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional automotive or commercial collision repair experience.
• Proficiency in general collision repair; refinishing prep or structural frame correction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate heavy shop machinery and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise collision repairs following estimation sheets and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect delivered parts against estimates for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and panels for body and refinishing work.
• Identify and report hidden damage or additional required repairs to management.
• Communicate production delays or challenges to the shop manager.
