Ferguson is seeking a Union CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team!

The pay rate for this role is $26.66 hourly.

Qualifications:

1. 0-5 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
2. Valid CDL A license
3. Must be at least 21 years old
4. Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
5. A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is preferred
6. Good communication and customer service skills
7. Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
8. General digital literacy
9. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting payment, if needed
2. Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
3. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
4. Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
5. Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
6. Assist Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
7. Ability to work overtime as needed
