Qualifications

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate various truck combinations, perform safety inspections, hook/unhook trailers, handle freight with motorized/manual equipment, secure cargo, verify documentation, and comply with hazardous material regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers, solicit additional business, and maintain customer service standards.
• May perform tire chaining and other operational duties as needed.
