Job summary

Lee's Sandwiches, the world’s largest Banh Mi chain, is seeking a Truck Driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of company products in a fast-paced environment in California. The role emphasizes accuracy in loading/unloading, paperwork accuracy, and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have a Class A license, at least 2 years of commercial driving experience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
• At least 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment and perform basic emergency repairs.
• Follow traffic laws and transportation procedures.
• Read maps and follow geographic directions.
• Maintain vehicle logs and billing records per regulations.
• Report mechanical problems and delays or accidents promptly.
• Turn in receipts and money from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain tools on vehicles (weights/measures).
• Handle other duties as assigned.
