Job summary

Desperado Trucking Inc. in Seaford and Dover, DE is a small growing business contracted with FedEx Ground. 7 days a week service offers flexibility to choose full-time or part-time schedules.

One full-time in Dover, two full-time in Seaford, and two part-time in Seaford are needed. You’ll be home daily, paid by the route, with no-touch freight; drop & hooks paid extra; all night driving. Benefits include health, dental and eye coverage, holiday pay after 6 months, and paid vacation after 1 year.

Qualifications

• 1-year verifiable experience in the last 3 years (Class A).
• Or 5 years verifiable experience in the last 10 years (Class A).
• Del-Tech Truck Driving School may waive 6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated routes: Dover-Lewisberry and Seaford-Hagerstown with returns.
• Home daily; no-touch freight; drop & hooks paid extra.

Desperado Trucking Inc. in Seaford and Dover, DE is a small GROWING business. FedEx is operating 7 days a week, which gives the flexibility to choose between full/part-time and your days to work. 1 Full-time in Dover, 2 Full-time in Seaford, and 2 part-time in Seaford, DRIVERS are needed.

Enjoy working for a small trucking company. Paid by the route, no-touch freight, drop & hooks paid extra, all night driving, and HOME DAILY. HEALTH BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE, holiday pay after 6mths., and paid vacation after 1yr.

UP TO $1200.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for full-time positions. (Paid out in 4 payments after each quarter evaluation).

Requirements:

• THIS IS A MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS: 1-year verifiable experience in the last 3 years (Driving a combination Class A vehicle) OR 5 years verifiable experience in the last 10 years (Driving a combination Class A vehicle) DEL-Tech Truck Driving School FedEx will waive 6 months experience.
• Pass a 7-year background check.
• Good driving record.
• Up-to-date DOT physical card.
• Class A CDL, with a double endorsement. (No exp. w/Doubles? We will train to pull doubles).

Work Schedule:

• Dedicated routes from Dover, DE to Lewisberry, PA with return, and from Seaford, DE to Hagerstown, MD with return. And roundabout routes 336-550 miles a night.
• Route Times Are from 6.5 hours to 12 hours each night.
• Home every day.

Salary:

• $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
• $167.75 to 275.00. Daily
• 825.00 to 1540.00 weekly.

We're contracted to do trailer spot pick-ups which will increase your income if added to your dedicate short routes.
