Desperado Trucking Inc. located in Seaford, DE is a small growing business contracted with FedEx Ground. The company operates 7 days a week, offering flexibility to choose between full‑time and part‑time driving. Drivers can work full‑time or part‑time, with routes that allow you to be home daily.

Pay is based on route, with no‑touch freight, drop & hooks paid extra, all night driving, and a home‑daily schedule. Health benefits, holiday pay after 6 months, paid vacation after 1 year, and an up to $1,200 sign‑on bonus (paid in four quarterly payments) are available for full‑time positions.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a double endorsement.
• One year verifiable experience within the last 3 years driving a combination Class A vehicle, or five years verifiable experience within the last 10 years. FedEx may waive six months of experience.
• Pass a 10‑year background check.
• Good driving record.
• Up‑to‑date DOT physical card.

Work Schedule

• Dedicated routes from Seaford, DE to Lewisberry, PA and to Hagerstown, MD; round‑about 336‑550 miles per night.
• Route times range from 6.5 to 12 hours each night.
• Home every day.

Compensation

• $65,000 – $80,000 annually.
• $165.00 – $275.00 daily.
• $825.00 – $1,540.00 weekly.
