Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and a clean driving record.
• Two years of over-the-road and/or local experience operating a Class 8 truck.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a good work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• Availability for overtime and other shifts as necessary.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 8 tractor/trailer to deliver ceramic tile and other products.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and safety directives.
• Report customer dissatisfaction to supervisor.
• Perform safety checks on the truck before leaving domicile.
• Complete mandatory government paperwork and ELD logs accurately.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
