Position Summary

The Class A CDL Tanker Driver plays a vital role in transporting liquid cargo safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate delivery records, and following scheduled routes. Your work supports our logistics operations' reliability and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class CDL-A in the state of residence
• At least 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Clean MVR and no recent DUI/DWI or DOT violations
• Age 21 or over
• Proficiency in vehicle operation, communication, and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Tank endorsement (Roll Off or Triaxle), with dump experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Transport liquid cargo using open-top dump trailers across regional routes
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic repairs
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and the office
• Adhere to safety standards and report incidents promptly
• Work flexible hours, including up to 60 hours/week during peak seasons

Skills

Strong driving skills, safety awareness, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Knowledge of DOT regulations is advantageous.
