POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking Class A CDL Short Haul Team Delivery Truck Drivers to serve the Pinch A Penny location in Clearwater, FL.

This full-time evening-shift role offers competitive weekly pay (~$1,100), a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will deliver in Florida with occasional trips to Texas or Arizona, unload with pallet jack, and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement or willing to obtain.
• 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience; clean MVR with no major incidents in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to customers using efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Deliver within Florida and occasionally to TX or AZ.
• Unload trailers with electric pallet jack.
• Collect documents, returns, and pallets from stores.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle and equipment.
• Adhere to FMCSR and safety protocols.

Driver will have keys to enter the businesses to make the deliveries. All nighttime deliveries.* Unload the trailer with an electric pallet jack.* Collect documents/ returns/ and pallets from stores.* Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR)).* Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.* Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable on a daily basis.* Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.* Perform other duties as assigned.**What You Will Need:*** To be at least 21 years old.* A valid Class A commercial driver's license with HAZMAT endorsement or willing to obtain endorsement once hired.* To drive a Manual 48’ tractor/ trailer with sleeper berth* 1 year of recent and continuous tractor trailer experience* Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). No DUIS or Drug and Alcohol related incidents within the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations/at fault accidents combined in the last 3 years.
