Job summary

Kemps, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is hiring CDL Class A Route Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers and unload/deliver dairy products on assigned routes. You’ll build relationships with customers with a friendly attitude to meet needs and expectations.

The schedule features early hours with overtime and weekends; benefits include healthcare, paid vacations, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, and opportunities for growth within the dairy farmer family.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass pre-employment screens.

Kemps has immediate job openings for dependable CDL Class A Route Truck Drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various Dairy products, to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Our Truck Drivers For This Position Can Make

• Pay rate: $29.81/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000.00

Schedule

Monday - 2:00 am to 2:00 pm
Tue - Off
Wed - 2:30 am to 12:00 pm
Thurs - 2:30 am to 12:00 pm
Fri - 2:30 am to 1:00 pm
Sat - 2:30 am to 10:00 am

Requirements

• 1 year related experience preferred
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background, and criminal checks)
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull, & lift to 55 lbs.
• Flexibility - overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
