Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest routes with weekly home time and competitive weekly earnings. You will operate a reliable fleet of modern trucks and be paid for every dispatched mile, including extra pay for delays due to detention or breakdowns.

The role offers a stable W-2 position, 34–48 hour weekend resets, and around-the-clock dispatch support. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) program are included.

Qualifications

• CDL-A driver with regional Southwest routes
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience
• Must have recent driving experience within the last 90 days
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Safe driving record and solid employment history
• SAP Drivers accepted if step 6 is complete

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer on regional Southwest routes
• Deliver freight with no-touch loads and drop-and-hook where applicable
• Maintain safe driving practices and timely deliveries
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing
