Job summary

DMS Health Technologies in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a full-time Relief Driver to transport mobile medical imaging equipment to facilities across a 25-state footprint. The role is based in Sioux Falls and requires 100% travel, with backup coverage for leaves and absences.

Candidates must hold a CDL-A, CPR, Hepatitis B vaccination, and meet FMCSA/DOT background standards. A minimum of one year of truck driving experience and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent truck driving experience.
• Must be 23+ years of age.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse involvement.
• Clean MVR with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No major violations in the last 5 years (DUI, etc.).
• No felonies in the last 5 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must pass DOT background check including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Transports the mobile unit to customer locations.
• Maintains the truck and trailer, including extinguishers, patient lift, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and preventive maintenance records.
• Inspects the truck before and after each trip and submits a report on conditions.
• Maintains driver logs according to DOT regulations.
• May assist the technologist with transporting patients between facility and mobile unit when acting as Relief Driver.
• Travels 100% of the time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This positions is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
