Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in Hot Springs, AR seeks CDL-A truck drivers for dry van freight. You’ll earn weekly pay ($1,100 – $1,400) plus mileage pay, detention and breakdown pay, and a solid 401(k) match. Includes full health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid time off and holidays.

Home weekly for a 5–5.5 day reset, 34–48 hour reset at home, and steady year‑round freight. Newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, International) with the option to take the truck home during home time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34-48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
