Job summary

Four Brothers Trucking seeks reliable Class A CDL drivers for regional intermodal routes across Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. You’ll transport freight in containers and chassis with drop-and-hook and live loading/unloading. Training lasts 1-2 weeks with hotel accommodations provided.

Expect a minimum of 1,800 miles per week, with top drivers earning up to 2,800 miles and 48 hours off. Hazmat endorsement is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight in containers and chassis on regional intermodal routes across multiple states.
• Maintain a minimum of 1,800 miles per week; top drivers up to 2,800 miles with 48 hours off.
• Operate automatic mid-roof sleeper tractors.
• Park trucks at the account if within 50 miles of the Chicago terminal.
• Include drop-and-hook and live load/unload as needed; training with hotel accommodations.

Expect consistent miles and opportunities for higher mileage based on availability and performance.

Job Details:

• Minimum expectation of 1,800 miles per week; top drivers may run up to 2,800 miles with 48 hours off.
• Approximately 75% drop-and-hook and 25% live load/unload.
• Mostly container freight, with a small percentage of refrigerated freight.
• Operate automatic mid-roof sleeper tractors.
• Drivers within 50 miles of the Chicago terminal must park trucks at the account.
• Training lasts 1-2 weeks, with hotel accommodations provided.
• Eligible for holiday pay after one year and PTO that increases with tenure.
