Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and position-perfect steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers with pull-out tabletop
• Large built-in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units with built-in manual power inverter (3500W)
• Dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Right way scales on trucks and trailers with Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges
• On-site repair facility and truck/trailer wash bay

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 to .58 cents per mile, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation includes detention, layover, and other load-specific pay. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200. Paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers receive two full days off after working 12-14 days in our operating area. Some areas may allow longer periods out with up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-up and 1 drop-off. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, mainly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, and borders. Freight is mostly contracted, with no dedicated routes, utilizing major highways and Pilot/Flying J fueling stations.

Additional Policies

• Rider policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Canine policy: $500 fee per pet, with deductions of $100 weekly until paid off. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
