Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The freight is primarily dry van and reefer loads, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding New York City, ports, borders, and west of Denver. Routes are mostly contracted, with no dedicated routes, utilizing major highways and Pilot/Flying J fueling points.
Company contributions cover medical and dental insurance, with free vision and life insurance. Paid vacations and a 401K plan with employer matching are available.
