Equipment

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, considered among the safest on the road. Features include ergonomically designed seats, perfectly positioned steering, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, larger built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W power inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges, on-site repair facility, and wash bay.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55 cpm to .58 cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays include detention, layover, and other load-specific compensations. Average weekly pay ranges from $2600 to $3200, paid weekly via direct deposit. You work this week, you get paid the next—no holds.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off, with prior written agreement. We aim to accommodate special events and appointments when possible.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding New York City, ports, borders, and west of Denver, CO. Most freight is contracted, and drivers use major highways and Pilot/Flying J fueling points. No dedicated routes.

Additional Policies

Passenger policy allows 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1. Canine policy permits 2 small dogs or 1 large dog, with a $500 fee and weekly deductions until paid off. The policy is non-refundable once the pet is placed in the truck. No policies for cats, reptiles, or birds.
