About Climate Express

Climate Express has been transporting full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. Our team of 200 company drivers supplies families nationwide with essential household goods using safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern features. Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, automatic transmission
• Ergonomically designed seats and adjustable steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers
• Pull-out tabletop, larger built-in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter
• Dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges
• On-site repair facility and wash bay

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pay for detention, layovers, and other factors. Average weekly pay between $2,600 and $3,200. Paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, mainly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, and borders. No dedicated routes; most freight is contracted.

Rider & Canine Policies

• One passenger 12 years or older, available from day 1
• Pet policy: $500 fee, up to 2 small or 1 large dog, with weekly deductions until paid off. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
