Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and optimal steering

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layover, and other circumstances are determined per load and driver hours. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. Work this week, get paid next — no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off, with home time agreed upon prior to hiring and honored. We accommodate special events and appointments when possible.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NY City, ports, borders, and west of Denver. Freight is mostly contracted, and drivers use major highways with no dedicated routes.

Rider & Canine Policies

• One passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Pet policy: $500 fee, 2 small or 1 large dog, weekly deduction until paid, non-refundable once adopted
