About Climate Express

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. Our team of 200 company drivers keeps families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team, strong and committed to getting things done.

Equipment

- 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, automatic transmission. Features include ergonomic seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerator, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. Maintenance is on-site, with wash bays available.

Pay

- Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layovers, and other factors. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. No holdbacks.

Home Time

- Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our area. Outlying areas may have longer periods out with up to 4 days off, as agreed upon prior to hiring. We aim to accommodate personal needs and special events.

Loads & Routes

- 98% of freight originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. Most loads are dry van or reefer, primarily in the US middle corridor. No NY City, no ports, no borders, and no force dispatch west of Denver. Major highways are used whenever possible. No dedicated routes; drivers run a mix of freight types.

Rider & Canine Policies

- Riders: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1.

- Canine: $500 fee per pet, with a deduction of $100 weekly until paid, limited to 2 small or 1 large dog. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
