Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Class A CDL End Dump Driver to safely transport materials across Lancaster County and surrounding PA service areas. You will operate end dump equipment, follow DOT regulations, and maintain logs.

The role requires 2+ years end dump and tractor-trailer experience, with both manual and automatic transmissions. Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Two years end dump experience
• Two years tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with manual and automatic transmissions
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean MVR and PSP
• Stable work history
• Knowledge of end dump hydraulics preferred
• Samsara or ELD experience preferred
• Basic computer and mobile phone skills
• Strong time-management and customer-service skills
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Must live within defined hiring area
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and road test
• No DUI/DWI in last three years
• Must be 23+; 21+ with school or military trucking experience
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers with end dump equipment.
• Transport, load, and unload materials at designated sites.
• Operate end dump trailers and hydraulic systems safely.
• Drive manual and automatic transmissions per DOT rules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain electronic driver logs (Samsara/ELD).
• Submit service tickets and maintenance records.
• Perform minor repairs with basic tools.
• Keep trucks, trailers, bins clean and in good condition.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, vendors, and operations.
