Job summary

J and M Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver to support civil-site and utilities contracting throughout central and southwest Virginia. This role requires hands-on work, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get the job done.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A license, dump truck experience, the ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections, and the flexibility to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive manual transmission.
• Must drive dump truck to destination applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
• Must be able to make daily pre / post-trip inspections on assigned vehicle in order to maintain maximum vehicle safety conditions.
• Must be able to comply with all aspects of truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repair in accordance with the Truck Driver's Handbook.
• Must be a Virginia resident.
• Must be a leader who is looking to grow.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Valid CDL Class A commercial driver's license required.
• Previous dump truck experience is required.

We are currently seeking an experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver. This candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, possess a positive can-do attitude, willing to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Must drive dump truck to destination applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations
• Must be able to make daily pre / post-trip inspections on assigned vehicle in order to maintain maximum vehicle safety conditions including checking for damaged work parts or for any signs of tampering
• Must be able to comply with all aspects of truck maintenance, cleanliness, and repair in accordance with the guidelines specified in the Truck Driver's Handbook
• Must be a Virginia resident
• Must be a leader who is looking to grow
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Valid CDL Class A commercial driver's license required
