Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS in Southern California is seeking a CDL A driver for Southwest regional routes. You will be dispatched on dry van freight with no-touch loads and a majority of drop-and-hook operations, typically out 5–6 days at a time.

Weekly home time with a 34–48 hour reset, consistent freight volume, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, eight holidays, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required.
• At least 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent commercial driving experience within the previous 90 days.

Compensation Package

• Average weekly income: $1,200–$1,400
• CPM paid on loaded and empty miles
• Competitive mileage-based pay on dispatched miles

Driver Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Have recent commercial driving experience within the previous 90 days
• Be able to satisfy DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements
• Maintain an acceptable driving and employment history
