Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is seeking professional drivers for Southwest regional routes. Most trips keep you out 5–6 days with a weekly 34–48 hour home reset. Expect consistent freight and predictable scheduling through a steady network of established customer lanes.

As a full-time W-2 employee, you will operate dry van freight with no-touch loads and receive detemined pay and benefits. Competitive dispatch support helps maintain dependable schedules.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Recent commercial driving experience within the previous 90 days.
• Be able to satisfy DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements.
• Maintain an acceptable driving and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with no-touch loads.
• Follow dispatch schedules and Southwest regional routing.
• Maintain logs and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reliable, on-time delivery with minimal downtime.

Compensation Package

• Average weekly income: $1,200–$1,400
• CPM paid on loaded and empty miles
