Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver in Charlotte, NC, to operate commercial vehicles for our logistics and distribution operations. This on-site role requires a clean driving record, a valid DOT medical card, and 2+ years of delivery driving experience.

You will inspect, load, and secure cargo, complete required paperwork, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations. CTDI offers weekly pay, benefits, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a commercial driver’s license (Class A CDL) and endorsements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of recent commercial delivery driving experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates reliability, adaptability, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip.
• Complete vehicle inspection sheets and related logs accurately.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, checked, and securely tied for transit.
• Assist with loading/unloading of cargo and obtain required signatures on documents.
• Monitor truck maintenance and repairs; report issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation of CTDI.
