Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for Western regional, no‑touch dry van service with weekly home time and trainer support for new drivers.

Training lasts 4–6 weeks OTR with a trainer; post‑training pay ranges from $0.55 to $0.75 per mile, plus $15 stop pay and up to $0.06 per mile monthly performance bonus. Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving program with at least 120 hours
• Fair driving record with no major accidents/violations in past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent employer for safety-related cause
• Consistent employment history (limits on unemployment in past years)
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screenings and background checks

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van with no-touch freight (drop-and-hook)
• Maintain safe and timely deliveries within Western regional lanes
• Follow trainer guidance during the 4–6 week training period
