Harvesters is seeking a Class A Driver in Lawrence, KS, to transport, load and unload products for community agencies. This full-time role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and reliable service.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6:30 AM start, no overnight trips, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 403b plan, generous paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial truck driving or graduated from a certified truck driving school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Missouri or Kansas Commercial Drivers License (C.D.L.) Class A.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload product for delivery to agencies.
• Maintain, clean and safely operate trucks and related equipment.
• Submit daily inspections and log data as required by DOT/harvesters.
• Maintain positive relationships with product donors and agencies.
• Operate safely in a fast-paced environment and comply with food safety procedures.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
