Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Class A CDL Driver / Shipping & Warehouse Operator to safely transport, receive, store and ship materials and finished goods. You will verify documents, load/unload, and support deliveries while maintaining 5S and SQF standards.

Strong accuracy, safety focus, and basic computer skills are required. Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory adjustments, pallet wrapping, and ensuring correct labeling and barcodes on shipments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and AS400.
• Excellent measurement and math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials safely.
• Load, unload, stage, and relocate products using forklifts.
• Verify manifests, barcodes, and shipping documents.
• Support internal and external deliveries and meet schedules.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Wrap pallets and ensure secure shipment.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and 5S standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
