Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to support transfer and roll-off operations across our system. This role offers steady hours, early starts, and overtime opportunities for drivers who perform with safety and reliability.

You will operate Class A tractor-trailer and roll-off equipment, conduct pre-trip inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to move materials between transfer stations and landfills. Prior transfer or roll-off experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience with a Class A CDL
• Prior transfer or roll-off experience preferred
• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Comfortable working early mornings and extended shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer and roll-off equipment
• Transport materials between transfer stations, landfills, and designated locations
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads and comply with weight, routing, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams throughout the day
