Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for roll-off and dump truck operations in Mason, OH. This direct-hire role offers a daytime schedule, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work, and compensation of $22-26/hour.

You will safely operate heavy equipment, manage deliveries, and maintain logs and vehicle condition. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of CDL driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CDL driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL highly preferred.
• Experience with roll-off or dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Clean driving record with ability to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles including roll-off and dump trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain electronic logs and use dispatch software.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, unload, secure, count, and inspect materials as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and management on delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations.
• Work in outdoor, dusty, and dirty environments when needed.
