Job summary

MOHR Talent in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for roll-off and dump truck work. You will safely operate Class A vehicles, transport materials, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain logs using dispatch software.

This full-time role offers a day shift, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, a strong benefits package, and long-term stability for drivers with a clean record and at least 1 year of CDL experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Experience with roll-off and dump trucks.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Experience with 10-speed transmissions.
• Ability to meet DOT physical, medical, and drug screening requirements.
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.
• Able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Reliable and able to work in changing daily conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including roll-off and dump trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain electronic logs and use dispatch software.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, unload, secure, count, and inspect materials as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and management on delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations.
• Work in outdoor, dusty, and dirty environments when needed.
