Drivers will be responsible for hauling rail containers and operating chassis equipment. The position requires a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of first-seat driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience preferred.
• Experienced first-seat drivers only; no trainees or team drivers.
• Must be comfortable working around rail yards.

Responsibilities

• Haul intermodal containers throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
• Operate rail chassis equipment.
• Move dedicated customer freight.
• Handle drop & hook, preloaded, live load, and live unload freight.

Job description

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional intermodal position serving Ohio and Kentucky. This opportunity offers consistent freight, predictable schedules, premium pay opportunities, and one of the strongest home-time packages available in regional trucking.

Drivers will haul rail containers on chassis equipment and should be comfortable operating around rail yards and intermodal facilities.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200
• Base Pay: $0.61 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,600
• Short Haul Pay: $40 plus mileage for qualifying loads
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Night Premium: Additional $0.05 CPM on loaded miles
• Weekend Premium: Additional $0.10 CPM on loaded miles
• Weekly Performance Pay: $10 per day worked when qualifications are met

Home Time & Schedule

• Home 2 days every week
• 34-hour weekly restart
• Schedule options:
  • Sunday–Thursday
  • Tuesday–Saturday
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work required

What You'll Do

• Haul intermodal containers throughout Ohio and Kentucky
• Operate rail chassis equipment
• Move dedicated customer freight
• Handle a mix of:
  • Drop & hook freight
  • Preloaded freight
  • Live load freight
  • Live unload freight
• Work closely with rail facilities and intermodal operations
