Job summary

Clean Harbors in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks and work equipment at our customer sites; some vehicles include vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role performs driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites in support of hazardous waste clean-up.

Required qualifications include a valid Class A CDL and the ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Background check, drug test and physical may be required by position.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as part of a team.
• Load and unload trucks and perform manual labor on site as needed.
• Maintain daily logs and ensure compliance with DOT and company guidelines.
• Communicate safely and follow all safety policies at customer sites.
