Drivers on this fleet haul 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries. With access to all 48 states, newer Freightliner and Kenworth equipment, performance bonuses, and a structured home time schedule, this position provides the flexibility, support, and income potential professional drivers are looking for.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Details

• OTR position
• 100% no-touch freight
• 50-60% drop-and-hook freight
• 40-50% live unload freight
• No forced dispatch into New York City boroughs
• Freight runs throughout all 48 states
• Majority of freight runs east of Interstate 35
• Consistent nationwide freight network

Schedule

• 12 days out
• 2 days home
• Drivers must be available Monday through Friday to qualify for weekly pay protection
• Drivers are expected to run available recap hours when possible
• No load refusals permitted while participating in the pay protection program

Equipment

• 2021 and newer Freightliner Cascadias
• 2021 and newer Kenworth tractors
• Modern, well-maintained equipment

Sign-On Bonus Schedule

• First Load: $500
• Month 1: $500
• Month 2: $500
• Month 3: $500
• Month 4: $500
• Month 5: $500
• Month 6: $1,000

Total Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Weekly Pay Protection Requirements

• Maintain a minimum 12-day out / 2-day home schedule
• Remain available during the work week as scheduled
• No driver-related service failures
• No preventable accidents
• No load refusals
• Must be willing to run all 48 states
• Drivers unavailable during the work week may revert to standard mileage pay

Trainer Opportunities

Increase your earnings by becoming a driver trainer.

• Additional $250 per week guaranteed trainer pay
• Additional $0.05 CPM on qualifying miles
• Up to $400 Safe Student Bonus per upgrade

Trainer Requirements

• Minimum 1 year OTR experience
• Employed for at least 30 days
• Safe driving record
