Job summary

Insomniac, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to provide safe local and long-distance transportation of Insomniac goods and assets.

The role reports to the General Manager & Logistics Manager, Night Owl Transportation, and is based in Las Vegas with on-the-road duties. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A license, 2+ years tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with GPS routing systems.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license required.
• 2+ years proven experience with tractor-trailer driving preferred.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient using GPS and routing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Trip inspection on tractor and trailer and document results per FMCSA/DOT standards.
• Safely secure load per DOT standards to prevent damage.
• Complete Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspection paperwork as required.
• Transport product locally and long-distance within time windows.
• Communicate with dispatch, department heads, and customers during trips.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and fueling for next trip.
• Report lost, stolen or damaged items immediately with documentation.
• Help train and onboard team members.
• OTR travel and evening/weekend events may be required.
