Job summary

Cooper Farms Inc. is looking for a Class A CDL Truck Driver to deliver eggs across the United States. This position offers great benefits including generous paid vacation, medical insurance, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.

Compensation

Sign-On Bonus $$ 3,000 (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

Shift Hours: Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week!

Compensation: Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6325 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 per border crossing, $25 allowance per run over 500 miles and more.

Additional Pay: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
