Job summary

US3088 Sygma Detroit (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking a professional truck driver to transport products from the warehouse to various customer locations, load/unload as needed, and ensure accurate delivery according to invoices and Sysco standards.

The role requires a Valid Class A CDL, ability to read and speak English, and 1 year of tractor trailer experience preferred. Overnight schedules and safety compliance are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required; ability to read and speak English for logs and records.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting/delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unloads product by hand or with hand cart, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Completes all paperwork (DOT logs, inspections, invoices) accurately and timely.
• Maintains food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse.
• Adheres to safety policies and communicates route or loading issues to management.
