Triumvirate Environmental Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely in Louisiana. The ideal candidate should have a valid Class A CDL and a strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our Transportation team in Independence, LA.

In this role you will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tractor‑trailers, tankers, roll‑offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non‑hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations.
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Properly secure load to ensure safe and compliant transportation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Will participate in random drug screening (inclusive of THC) upon employment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including long‑distance travel and up to four overnight stays per week.
• Ability to work overtime regularly.
• Position handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste; considered safety‑sensitive.
• Must lift 60 pounds regularly.
• Eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
