Job summary

Uniting Holding is looking for Class A CDL Owner Operators with their own trucks. This position offers home most nights and allows for local and regional driving. We provide competitive insurance rates and various driving incentives.

To qualify, candidates must be over 23 years old with at least one year of verifiable trucking experience and hold a TWIC card. Immediate hiring available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be over 23 years old with 1-year current verifiable Class A Truck driving experience.
• TWIC CARD required to work at the port in Virginia.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• In the last 5 years: No reckless driving, cell phone use while driving, speeding in construction zones; no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No more than 2 at-fault accidents in last 5 years.
• Must provide current DOT physical and report for DOT drug screen.
• PSP report must not contain hazmat/security violations or certain OOS violations.

Responsibilities

• Service and meet the needs of customers as an Owner Operator.
• Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.

We are currently seeking Class A CDL Owner Operators with their own trucks, (we may have a truck available for you). Home most nights. Carrier Minimum Qualifications:

• Driver must be over 23 years old with 1-year current verifiable Class A Truck driving experience (Tractor-Trailer and or Tractor- Container/chassis)
• Must have TWIC CARD in order to work at the port in Virginia
• No DUI DWI in last 10 years
• In last 5 years: No Reckless driving, Cell phone/texting while driving violations, Speeding in construction zone, No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 at fault accidents in last 5 years
• Must provide current DOT physical and report for DOT drug screen
• PSP report must not contain any of the following: violating an OOS order, hazmat load securement or placarding violations, failure to secure container violation, 3 or more HOS OOS violations within the past 12 months
