Carrier Minimum Qualifications

• Must have had CDL A for 1-year current verifiable Class A Truck driving experience (Tractor-Trailer and/or Tractor-Container/chassis)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
• No positive drug tests/refusal of a drug test within the past 10 years
• In last 5 years: no reckless driving, cell phone/texting while driving violations, speeding in construction zone, and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 at‑fault accidents in the last 5 years
• Must provide current DOT physical and report for DOT drug screen
• PSP report must not contain any of the following: violating an OOS order, hazmat load securement or placarding violations, failure to secure container violation, 3 or more HOS OOS violations within the past 12 months
