Bunzl North America is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Sumner, WA. This role supports local and long-distance deliveries with a 9pm-5am shift and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain logs while adhering to safety and DOT regulations. Strong driving record and reliable time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record per fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate Class A tractor-trailer and other commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Must pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.

9pm-5am Start Time | $33.50 (+.50 for going over the MT from Nov 1st to Apr 1st)

A Day in the Life

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.

The Must-Haves

• Valid Class A CDL.
• A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance

Preferred Requirements

• At least 2 years of Driving experience.
• Experience with GPS and routing software.
