Job summary

Medline Industries, LP's MedTrans private fleet is seeking a Class A CDL driver to deliver life-saving medical products to customers across our local network. You will operate a Class A vehicle, load/unload, and ensure on-time, safe deliveries while representing Medline in a professional manner.

Starting pay is $31 per hour, with a proposed salary range of $26.75–$38.75 per hour depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

Must meet all Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations.
Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing their questions and needs and providing documentation upon delivery.
Communicate with dispatching team regarding adjustments to delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.
