Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to support logistics, deliveries, and field operations.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members regarding route planning, delays, or operational updates.
• Support emergency or high-volume operations, including storm response deployments.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles remain in safe working condition.
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety requirements, policies, and best practices.
• Represent Blackwood Solutions with professionalism during all customer and team interactions.
• Regular schedule offers home time every other weekend.
• Flexibility is essential, as schedules may shift based on storm activity, workload, or emergency deployments.
• Overnight travel should be expected during major project periods or weather-related mobilizations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring timely delivery, operational readiness, and critical support for transportation needs across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-driven, and committed to maintaining exceptional service standards—especially during high-demand periods such as storm response operations and able to stay out 2 weeks at a time.
