Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• No DUI convictions within the past 10 years (5 years for non-CDL holders).
• No DOT-preventable losses in past 2 years and no major preventable accidents in past 5 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and a drug screen.
• Be comfortable driving a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer on local routes.
• Complete scheduled deliveries within the operating area.
• Handle no-touch freight, or live-unload deliveries as required.
• Maintain vehicle inspections, logs and paperwork per DOT rules.
• Follow dispatch instructions and scheduled delivery times.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to company safety requirements and DOT regulations.

Class A CDL Driver Responsibilities

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will:

• Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer equipment on local routes
• Complete scheduled deliveries throughout the operating area
• Handle no-touch freight
• Complete live-unload deliveries as required
• Maintain required vehicle inspections, logs and paperwork
• Follow dispatch instructions and scheduled delivery times
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Follow DOT and company safety requirements

Class A CDL Driver Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have no DUI convictions within the past 10 years, or 5 years for non‑CDL holders

• Have no more than 3 preventable accidents within the past 2 years
• Have no major preventable accident within the past 5 years
• Have no serious violations within the past year
• Have no more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Have no drug‑related convictions within the past 5 years
• Have no failed or refused drug tests within the past 10 years
• Demonstrate strong backing skills
• Be comfortable driving a night‑shift schedule
