Job summary

Premium Transport Staffing Inc. seeks an experienced Class A Delivery Driver based in the Hayward area to handle local deliveries with occasional 1-night layovers. You will operate a 48' tractor trailer or 26' straight truck, perform hands-on offloading, and ensure product segregation at customer locations.

Starting pay is $32 per hour with weekly pay. The role includes layovers with hotel and meals covered, overtime potential, and a temp-to-hire pathway.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Electric pallet jack experience.
• Comfortable with manual offloading and segregating product.
• No automatic transmission restriction.
• Must live within 30 miles of Hayward, CA.
• Ability to complete 1-night layovers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport dog food products to customer locations using a 48' tractor trailer or 26' straight truck.
• Perform hands-on delivery and offloading with pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Conduct regional runs with 1-night layovers; hotel meals paid for layovers.
