Position Overview

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in the Youngstown, Warren, OH area, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker & Hazmat endorsements to join their safety-conscious team. The Class A Operator is responsible for safely executing HPC Industrial jobs across all service lines, supervising and completing single-task jobs with a crew, and managing turnarounds at client sites in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be licensed to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• TWIC card required; travel within the region is necessary.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL with no restrictions, including HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to obtain TWIC within 30 days of hire if not already possessed.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with DOT requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum, hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, and other specialized equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Transport equipment and personnel as needed.
• Act as safety representative and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
• Assist with loading/unloading hoses, equipment, and materials.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
