LEM Trucking is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Allentown, Pennsylvania, for a regional position offering two full days at home every weekend and assigned automatic Freightliner equipment.

Drivers operate established Midwest and Southeast freight lanes without New York City deliveries. The schedule provides a full 48-hour home reset each weekend before the next regional driving cycle begins.

Guaranteed Compensation and Freight Operations

Qualified drivers receive guaranteed weekly earnings ranging from $1,300 to $1,500 under the applicable pay program.

Freight is entirely no-touch dry van, consisting of drop-and-hook assignments and scheduled live loading or unloading appointments.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver may also qualify for detention, layover, breakdown, and safety incentive compensation. Sign-on bonus opportunities may be available based on current eligibility.

Comfortable Equipment and Additional Programs

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver receives an assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipped with a refrigerator, television, SiriusXM, and DirecTV.

Company-paid truck washes are provided, and eligible drivers may participate in available rider and pet programs.

Benefits include BCBS medical coverage and a retirement savings plan with company matching contributions. An optional per diem program is also offered.

Paid orientation includes transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous three years.

Candidates must meet applicable DOT qualification standards and company driving record requirements.
