Job summary

Rouse Trucking, LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes with consistent freight and weekend home time. You will operate 50% drop-and-hook freight and run lanes from Maine to Atlanta, extending west to Indiana and Illinois, all while enjoying modern Cascadia equipment.

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19102 | Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset

Pay: $1,350 to $1,550 weekly | Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook

Regional freight flow and dependable route planning give CDL-A drivers a structured workweek built around established lanes, consistent freight movement, and reliable weekends at home.

Professional drivers benefit from an operation where freight patterns are established and routes are planned with productivity in mind. Assigned equipment and consistent regional scheduling help keep the workweek moving without unnecessary disruptions.

What You'll Earn

• Weekly earnings of $1,350 to $1,550 paid every Friday through direct deposit

• Drivers who maintain professional standards and remain available for dispatched freight earn a $1,200 weekly minimum

• Additional compensation is available for detention time, layovers, and breakdown situations

Your Schedule

Home every Saturday and Sunday with a full 48-hour reset. Regional routes operate from Maine to Atlanta and west into Indiana and Illinois. Average trips of approximately 250 miles help maintain a practical weekly driving routine.

• 100% no-touch regional freight

• Approximately 50% of loads are drop and hook

The Equipment

Drivers are assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipment.

Each truck includes a double bunk sleeper, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch HD television, full-size refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter for personal electronics.
