Job summary

Earth Work Solutions, based in Gillette with a Douglas, WY presence, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to support field crews and daily operations in Wyoming. The role emphasizes safe delivery of materials, adherence to DOT and customer requirements, and operation on rough lease roads and active work sites.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1–3 years CDL driving experience in construction or earthwork, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to obtain PEC/SafeLand, First Aid/CPR, H2S, MSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL trucks such as dump, belly dump, end dump, water trucks and other fleet vehicles.
• Transport materials to and from construction sites safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Maintain vehicle cab and bed in clean, organized condition; follow safety standards.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding material needs and timing.
• Assist with securing loads and proper weight distribution.
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or near misses promptly.
